  • What is required to book?
    A signed agreement and 25% retainer are required to secure your wedding date.
  • When is the remaining balance due?
    The remaining balance is due in full no later than 30 days before your wedding. You may make additional payments at any time before then.
  • Can I make payments?
    Yes. Payment plans are welcome as long as the balance is paid in full by the 30-day deadline.
  • How can I pay?
    We accept credit and debit cards through a secure online payment link or in person, as well as cash and check.
  • What does the $50 consultation fee cover?
    Your consultation, floral planning, and proposal development. If you book with Tale of Flowers, the full $50 is applied toward your final balance.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Yes. Your floral selections and quantities can be modified up until 30 days before your wedding, subject to availability.
  • What happens if I remove items after the 30-day deadline?
    Payments already made toward canceled items are not refunded, but may be reallocated toward other areas of your floral contract.
  • Can I request specific flowers?
    Absolutely—you are welcome to share your favorite flowers and inspiration. However, specific flower varieties, colors, and cultivars cannot be guaranteed.
  • Do you use seasonal flowers?
    Yes. Floral selections are based on seasonality, availability, quality, and the overall design. When necessary, substitutions of comparable value and aesthetic will be made.
  • Is delivery and setup included?
    Yes. Full-service wedding collections include professional delivery, setup, and teardown as outlined in your proposal.
  • What happens if my venue has specific setup requirements?
    Venue access, installation restrictions, timing, loading instructions, and other requirements are set by your venue and should be provided during the planning process so they can be incorporated into your proposal.
  • What happens in bad weather?
    Outdoor floral installations may need to be adjusted, relocated, or modified in the event of extreme weather conditions to protect the flowers and ensure a safe installation.
  • How long is my proposal valid?
    Proposals are valid for 7 days. Your date is not secured until the agreement is signed and the required retainer is received.
