À la carte wedding flowers – Connecticut Wedding Florist

Tradition…symbolism… and even bonds across generations… Flowers tell our story.

We know that we’re not just offering floral design services—we’re helping you create memories to last a lifetime. Thats why, from small celebrations to lavish weddings, our goal is to take care of each of your precious moments as if they were our own.

Here at Tale of Flowers, we believe beautiful wedding flowers should be accessible, affordable, transparent, seamless and unique to each client.

This service is as customizable as our full-service weddings but doesn’t require contracts & minimums because the planning & communication isn’t nearly as involved and intricate as our full-service weddings. Instead of us walking you through all the specifics, building you custom proposals- you build your own work order. And we get to have fun designing your flowers! It’s a win-win.

After we receive your order we will contact you within 24 hours. That’s when we will go over all the fine details, asking you about your unique flower preferences so we can create you a custom vision board listing the flowers we intend to use for your wedding.

Please list any applicable delivery notes we should know about here along with the name and phone number of a designated contact person who will accept the delivery. It’s okay if you give us this information later but it must be provided minimally 2 weeks prior to your wedding. The normal time for a delivery & set up to begin is 2 hours before your ceremony unless the couple is doing a first look.
What is your style?:
I.e. colors, style, flowers you love, flowers you dislike, etc.
What is your preferred color scheme? (Click on image.) There is a whites only & custom section beneath.
Overall, we like to stay away from a literal interpretation of the wedding colors. This brings in depth and dimension to the arrangements and compliments the space and the overall aesthetic instead of being an exact copy of it. If you are working with your florist within a color scheme, be open to this way of thinking about color! You can scroll down to view color palettes example, ideas, learn how we use color theory in floral design and more information below this form!
Please tell us anything you’d like us to know about the pieces you’ve ordered
