To ensure the quality of our work and respect scheduled designs, pickup times must be honored. We’re unable to wait beyond the agreed time, as it impacts active orders in the studio.

Work Place Delivery:
Please be sure to tell us the business name & a time frame that the recipient is expected at work in the “Order notes” section when checking out.

Recipient lives in the same household?
At check out don’t click “Ship to different address”. Just let us know how to address the recipient(s) on the enclosure card in the “Order notes” section at check out or the system will default to your name.
