Refund and Returns Policy

Due to flowers being a perishable product we do not allow return or exchanges.

If the arrangement is going to be delivered to a recipients home

We take extreme care from selection to proper care & handling to ensure our clients are receiving the most top-quality blooms. We use extremely fresh flowers that are dependable for the longevity of their vase life. We cannot guarantee how long your flowers will last when this is dictated by variety, environmental & handling factors that play a crucial role but we are mindful that clients expect their flowers to last anywhere from 7-11 days. We are devoted to customer satisfaction and if notified within 24 hours after the delivery is made to a recipients home of a complaint, we will ask for a photo of the arrangement and from there work with the client to resolve the issue at hand.

If flowers are used for wedding or events

Flowers that are used for wedding and events are handled continuously from the time of selection to the time of your event with the precise care specific to each indivual flowers unique needs to ensure your flowers open and look their best. They are at their peak and will not last much longer soon after- especially for pieces such as bouquets that have high handling demands. We do not accept any liability on florals after delivery is complete for wedding & events. This is discussed in our contract.
We highly suggest you have a preservation artist booked before your wedding if you anticipate you’d like to get your florals preserved.
