We take extreme care to ensure our clients receive the highest-quality blooms. We cannot guarantee how long your flowers will last, as environmental and handling factors play a crucial role.
We are devoted to customer satisfaction. If you have a complaint, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the arrangement. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Non-perishable items:
All sales are final. Product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for store credit. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
